RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

We get it, things don’t always work out. We’re here to help make it right. Please carefully review our Return Policy and instruction below before sending your item back.

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 14 days at fvbrk.info@gmail.com so we may address the issue.

    • If a product you ordered is misprinted/damaged/defective, you have 14 days to return the product after it has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

      Be aware that we require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

      Double-check with your postal service before initiating a return. If there is a mistake with your address, edit it and inform us immediately (note that you will be charged for the re-shipping fees). In case your order is marked as “delivered,” check the notes left by the courier. Your package might be given to a family member or dropped in a particular spot.

      Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

      fvbrk does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks and intimate goods, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it, or worn it.

    • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original tags attached. If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant, or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, or received beyond 30 days from the order date, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit/exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, software, or flammable liquids or gases.

All sale items are final purchases and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Currently, international orders are not available.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

**HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US:

All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email fvbrk.info@gmail.com with your order # before shipping out your return. We will provide the shipping address when the return is authorized  www.fvbrk.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
